We are committed to continuously educating ourselves and incorporating the best of technology & research to provide excellent care. Our practice is dedicated to providing individualized care plans for every patient aimed at the prevention of disease. We strive to be an efficient and cost-effective practice in meeting the needs of all patients during times of health as well as in times of illness. We practice medicine as a team and value the contributions of all of our staff as well as providing you to our recommended specialists when needed. We believe in the ethical practice of medicine. We provide leadership throughout the community through preceptorships, and provide services for those in need.

Victoria is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Tori received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College. Her interests include taking care of patients across the lifespan, preventative care, and women's health. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and spending time outdoors - hiking, biking, skiing, and camping.

Emily Vecchione

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). I received my Bachelors degree in in Nursing from Rivier University in Nashua Nh in 2015 and my Masters degree in Nursing from Endicott college in Beverly Ma in 2020. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse at Lowell General Hospital and Tufts Medical Center on the heart transplant / LVAD unit. I am passionate about caring for the entire family across the lifespan and establishing a relationship with my patients to provide safe and comfortable care to everyone in the family. Personally, my interests include spending time outdoors with my two dogs and husband as well as traveling as much as we can.


Cari Kenney

Office Administrator

Cari has been apart of the Family Health Matters team from day one. She began her journey as a medical secretary aiding in the early stages of the practice set up. In 2017, Cari received a well deserved promotion  to Office Supervisor.  Prior to returning to the workforce she was a proud stay at home mom and raised two children while spending much of her time volunteering in the school system. Other interests include reading, beach days, and traveling with her husband.

Please note that Family Health Matters of Salem will be closed for the following holidays.

This is not a comprehensive list of closures and the office will always attempt to post on social media and via an auto response if closed.

Should you require medical attention during off hours or observed holidays please call the on-call service via the main line at 603-386-0100 and provide detailed information requesting a call back. Please note it is our policy that prescriptions are not provided by the on call service.  We do ask that if you do not receive a call back within 15-20 minutes that you call again. Please do unblock unlisted numbers or provide an alternative phone.
